No Charges for Democrat Staffer Filmed Having Anal Sex in Senate Office Building

Maese-Czeropski invoked his Fifth Amendment right to remain silent ...

SCNR – The Capitol Police have announced that they will not be pressing charges against the former Ben Cardin staffer filmed having anal sex in the Hart Senate Office Building.

The video of the staffer, Aidan Maese-Czeropski, was published online by the Daily Caller and quickly went viral in December.

“The alleged staffer can also be seen in a photo, naked on all fours, looking back at the camera on the table where Senators often sit to ask questions during a hearing. It appears to be unprotected sex,” the Daily Caller report described, though the video was also included.

On Thursday, the Capitol Police issued a press release about their decision not to file charges.

The department said that there was a “likely violation of Congressional policy” involved in Maese-Czeropski having sex in the offices, but “there is currently no evidence that a crime was committed.”

“The Capitol Police said that the two stars of the sex tape were not cooperative with police, and Maese-Czeropski invoked his Fifth Amendment right to remain silent.”
