Nation Prays For Joe Biden As He Celebrates Bearing False Witness

HEADLIINE HEALTH – Today, millions of Christians around the world observe Easter Sunday, the holy day commemorating the resurrection of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

According to two millennia of Christian tradition, Christ came to save believers from their sins.

Christian teaching is that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. A sin is defined as anything that offends God and is contrary to his laws. Wanting mankind to know and understand His laws, God through Moses provided The Ten Commandments.

The Ten Commandments are not a complete list of all possible sins, but those who make it a practice to obey these ten laws will typically obey the rest.

On God’s “Top Ten List” for all people, the Nineth Commandment:

“Thou shalt not bear false witness.” – Exodus 20:16

Joe Biden has declared today – Easter Sunday, the holiest day on the Christian Calendar – “International Transgender Day of Visibility.”

Biden, who long claimed to be a faithful practicing Roman Catholic, would today have all Americans “celebrate” the bearing of false witness about gender – the lie that a person can change his or her gender; the lie that prounouns are needed to express one’s “gender preference”; the lie that a man can conceive and bear a child; the lie that a woman can have a penis; the lie that Dr. Rachel Levine is a woman.

God has an answer:

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” – 2 Chronicles 7:14

It’s time to pray like never before for our nation and our president. Transgenderism is not only the bearing of false witness about a ‘trans’ man or a ‘trans’ woman or some other non-existent gender – it’s the bearing of false witness about God Himself: “But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.” Bearing false witness about God Himself is among the gravest of sins, especially for an avowed follower of Jesus Chist as Joe Biden once professed to be.

God has pronounced that the penalty of sin is spiritual death and separation from God in a place of judgment called hell: “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). Jesus clearly taught that sinners were condemned in sin and would perish and go to hell if they didn’t believe in Him as their Savior (John 3:16-18).

God calls on believers for pray for sinners: “Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” – James 5:16

The nation is praying for Joe Biden.

Joe Biden Sparks Fury by Touting Transgender Visibility Day on Easter – Newsweek

Mar 30, 2024

President Joe Biden sparked fury among conservatives on social media on Saturday after he proclaimed Sunday, March 31, which happens to be the day Easter falls on this year, Transgender Day of Visibility.

The International Transgender Day of Visibility was created on March 31, 2009, and has continued to be celebrated every March 31 for more than a decade. The day is meant to not only honor transgender people, but raise awareness of the discrimination they continue to face.

Easter usually falls between March 22 and April 25 every year. The holiday is celebrated on the first Sunday after the full moon on or following the spring equinox.

On Friday, the White House sent out an announcement proclaiming March 31, 2024, as Transgender Day of Visibility. This announcement is just a formality as the date of this annual event has already been set and is a way for the Biden administration to celebrate the holiday.

In the announcement, Biden wrote, “Today, we send a message to all transgender Americans: You are loved. You are heard. You are understood. You belong. You are America, and my entire Administration and I have your back.”

Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump’s national press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, called it “appalling and insulting” that Biden “formally proclaimed Easter Sunday as ‘Trans Day of Visibility'” in a statement on Saturday. Leavitt said the president’s announcement is an example of his administration’s “years-long assault on the Christian faith.”

“We call on Joe Biden’s failing campaign and White House to issue an apology to the millions of Catholics and Christians across America who believe tomorrow is for one celebration only—the resurrection of Jesus Christ,” she added …
