Accessibility

Headline Health believes the internet should be available and accessible to anyone. That’s why we are committed to making the products and services offered through our website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance or disability.

We therefore strive to meet online usability and design recommendations from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in its Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Following those guidelines helps us provide a site that is accessible to all people, from the blind to the motor impaired.

In order to measure our progress in meeting these guidelines, our website is tested on a periodic basis with assistive technology such as screen readers and screen magnifiers, as well as other tools which may help us in providing the best accessibility possible to our customers.

Our accessibility initiative is an ongoing process, and we are committed to making continued improvements in the future. If you are a person with a visual impairment or other disability and discover a bug — or find any aspect of our interface difficult to use — we would like to hear your feedback. Please contact us at [email protected], or through the mail at PO Box 49043, Charlotte, NC 28277).
