NBCBOSTON.COM – Police in New Hampshire have arrested a man who was caught on video last week tying a dog to a fence and then concealing his face before leaving the area in a waiting car.
William Southern, 61, was arrested and charged with one count of cruelty to animals and two counts of resisting arrest.
Nashua police shared pictures to Facebook last week, one showing the dog tied to the fence “abandoned and scared” for an extended period of time.
The dog is safe and currently being cared for.
During his arrest, Southern became uncooperative with officers, leading to the resisting arrest charges …
