Penis-Tattooed, HIV-Positive Man Charged With 6 Sex Crimes

Lied to six sex partners about being HIV positive, police say 

| Milwaukee Journal Sentinel – An HIV positive Waterford man was charged with six felonies after six women told police the man repeatedly had unprotected sex with them after saying he was “clean.”

At least one of the women has now tested positive for HIV.

Jason Taufner, 42, faces six counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, all as a habitual, repeat offender.

He had been convicted of similar charges more than a decade ago. This Sex Act is a Crime in 34 States

Working as a tattoo artist, he met his victims in 2017 and 2018 at Trust Tattoo in Milwaukee and Sacred Skin in West Allis.

She told investigators she confronted Taufner once after hearing from one of his ex-girlfriends that he was HIV positive, but Taufner accused the other woman of lying.

Five other women told West Allis police they, too, had on-and-off sexual relationships with Taufner between July 2017 and October 2018. They described his many tattoos, including one on his penis. Read more.
