3 More Deer Hunters Dead In One State – No Shots Fired

All died recently while hunting, but none were shot 

| The Oshkosh Northwestern, Shields – A Ripon, Wis. man died while hunting Sunday in the woods of Marquette County.

Authorities responded to an area north of Montello to find Dion Krueger, 50, unresponsive. Krueger’s hunting party had called 911.

A 34-year-old man also died Saturday while hunting in Outagamie County (details below).

Man, 34, dies hunting after complaint of chest pain

Town of Maine, Wisconsin – A 34-year-old man died while out hunting Saturday morning.

Jacob “Jake” Stilen, age 34, New London, passed away unexpectedly while deer hunting in the Town of Maine on Saturday, November 17, 2018.

The man was out with a family member around 6:40 a.m. when he collapsed from chest pain.

CPR attempts were unsuccessful and the man died before he could be transported to the hospital.Stilen  is survived by his wife Mindy and their four children. READ MORE; obituary.
