Us Magazine – It’s tough enough staying svelte in your 20s, 30s and 40s, but plenty of fitspirational stars prove age really is just a number.

Elizabeth Hurley, 53

“I believe in gentle exercise and lots of it. So, I believe in being active, going for walks, stretching, maybe a little yoga or a little Pilates,” the actress and model told Us in October 2018. She’s not, however, a fan of what she calls “high-energy sports,” saying, “I don’t actually think they do you much good.

“I think a lot of women exhaust themselves and they age a lot quicker.” She continued: “I would say I work out only three times a week, which is less than before, and I like my body a lot more.”

The 9-1-1 star took to Instagram to post a shot of her in a two-piece that highlighted her cut abs, arms and thighs. “I think it’s a frame of mind,” the American Horror Story alum told Us of her health and wellness philosophy in June.

“I see a trainer. If I was really religious about it, I’d go every day, but I try to do what I know: Eat right, move right, think right, do right.” Read more. | IMAGES.
